How can the School be an Obstacle for One's Learning?

Not all people enjoy the classroom. Not all people strongly support education in school. Not so many of them feel passion in pursuing degree. Yet, they’re at school, forcing themselves to finish the degree because the idea of school has been socially constructed as an integral part of human’s life. People go to school because it’s a way to get over a long journey of sacrifices.
You have thought that maybe, if you’re just free to decide when you’ll go to school, there’s a possibility that you have already achieved some of your dreams. I know your feeling that you already want to have a job or start your own business but you’re not still on the right age. There are many things that you can’t do because you should be at school and turning textbooks’ pages. You questioned the usefulness of everything you study. “How can this limits, derivatives, and integrals help me in my future job?” “What’s the use of memorizing these pretty long lists of scientific names and chemical elements?” “My dream is not related to this topic. What’s the sense of learning this one?”
You’re skeptical if the school can really give you the knowledge you want, the knowledge you need. You do not try to level-up your general weighted average and you say to yourself that hard work is unnecessary because you’re too confident that you’ll graduate at the right time. You try to attend every day because boredom is really killing you or you just want to get rid of the responsibilities you have in your house. You sometimes get inspired by your allowance, to see your friends in the school, to see your crush, to parade your new dress or boast your own personally-made hairstyle.
If a time comes and you were emptied of reasons to attend the school, you feel waste of time going to. Instead of enjoying your 8-hour sleep, instead of finishing a literary or art piece or writing a feasibility study of your desired business, you’re at school, sitting all day that can almost give you hypertension. You feel no inspiration in your studies especially when you are confronted to many disappointments and failures.
That’s the reason why you have decided to ditch or leave your classes because you think you can achieve your own personal dream without school as the main factor. However, in the end, you realized that your dreams were started in the school. They were rooted in the four corners of your classroom and if you’ll stop, the dreams that have been developed will put into nothing. You have no option but to wait your graduation. Education has something to give also. That something is big. You’ll just realize it after ending your over-confidence and boasting personality. You’ll realize it after you will accept that not all people are the same with Bill Gates—that even though he had no college degree, he was able to start a business that later became a tycoon one. Don’t be close-minded. The number of successful people who have college degrees is far better than that of successful people with no any degree. Thus, finishing your studies has greater probability. It’s about “more chance of winning”.
